Data we process

The website has no contact forms or reserved areas. We only process the data you choose to send us by email or phone (name, contact details, content of your request). For technical and security reasons, the hosting provider also logs browsing data such as IP address, date and time of access and pages visited.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering your requests and managing any business relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); ensuring the operation and security of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Cookies

The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are hosted on the website itself, without third-party services. The map link opens Google Maps, an external service subject to Google’s privacy policy. The WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app (Meta): if you write to us via WhatsApp, your data are also processed under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to answer your request and, in the case of a business relationship, for the periods required by law (for example 10 years for tax records).

Recipients

Data are never published or sold. They may be processed by providers who support us (hosting, email, tax advice) acting as data processors. If a provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@baciguerci.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
